This fall, our church’s Operation Doll Knit ministry is excited to begin its 20th year. This year they are aiming to reach 45,000 dolls. To help them achieve this, they welcome donations of yarn, stuffing, or monetary gifts. Read bellow Marlene's letter.
This coming semester, September 2024 our doll knitters will be starting our 20th year of ministry. We have completed 43,048 dolls since September 2005 and are looking to have a total of 45,000 in the coming year. To accomplish this goal we are letting you know of some essentials that will be necessary to do this.
We always welcome gifts of yarn and stuffing for the dolls, but also monetary gifts to buy extra supplies when our cupboards get low. Any amount is very welcome and can be given through the church office or to any of the knitters you see at church.
