Dr. Rowley is the president of Training Leaders International Canada—a ministry committed to equipping pastors and church leaders around the world to faithfully preach the gospel. Dr. Matthew Rowley is President of Training Leaders International Canada, an organization which sends teaching missionaries to sites around the world to equip pastors and Christian leaders with the tools for effective Gospel ministry.

Matthew pastored Cremona Country Fellowship for four years, and now spends his time serving God by travelling to various countries with need and training pastors. He mostly works in Serbia, but manages to visit many other places as he teaches and preaches.

He holds a PhD in Historical Theology from McMaster Divinity College, with a particular focus in Political Theology.

Matthew and his wife Joanna have 9 children, and look forward to God granting them more.
